Métier Impressions features a German-based offset printing press by having Six Heidelberg machines that are capable of printing up to 6 colors plus coating.
Furthermore, we offer top-of-the-line Swiss-made Bobst Die Cutting technology, which gave us a competitive edge over others in terms of quality.
We also have multiple high-speed Folding Gluing machines which are from Bobst Swiss and can easily perform a complex variety of folding activities at a time.
UV and Spot UV printing capabilities offer even more possibilities for our customers to print special effect varnishes and to apply durable specialized coatings (e.g. high gloss, matte, textured, drip off, etc.)
We have invested and added an automatic window patching machine, activities performed through this machine enhance productivity, and maintain consistent quality of the product.

We are employed with a Visual Inspection system that detects any error by comparing pixel to pixel in digital and printed form. It detects any missing or wrong text details including Barcodes, QR codes, and color variation prior to printing that guarantees 100% conforming products. The visual inspection system offers an online Quality control report system that is becoming a mandatory requirement of Pharmaceutical companies.
